Plenário – Revista Jurídica da Câmara dos Deputados (Plenary – Brazilian Chamber of Deputies Law Journal) is an academic-scientific journal created by the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies in 2024, with a biannual periodicity, published in physical and digital format, with the aim of disseminating scientific texts from the most diverse areas of law about issues involving the Legislative Branch, the legislative process, legistics, Parliamentary Law and the relationship between the three branches of government in legislative action, with the objective of contributing to the analysis of the major topics under discussion in the National Congress by encouraging scientific research and quality legal debate.
A Plenário — Revista Jurídica da Câmara dos Deputados convida pesquisadores, juristas e acadêmicos a submeterem artigos inéditos para publicação. Com periodicidade semestral e indexação em bases de pesquisa, a revista busca promover o debate científico sobre temas relevantes relacionados ao Poder Legislativo, ao Direito Parlamentar e a matérias afins.
